摘要
对浙江某高校1100名“00后”大学生进行调查,利用SPSS统计分析软件对主观幸福感、社会幸福感及其影响因素进行了分析。研究发现:主观幸福感中积极维度表现较好,而消极维度中的个别变量反映出心理问题;社会幸福感各个变量中,家庭关系和社会人际关系影响突出;个人因素整体对主观幸福感未体现出显著影响,但其中身体健康对主观幸福感影响显著;个人因素通过社会幸福感对主观幸福感产生影响。高校需从4个方面来提升“00后”大学生的幸福感:关注大学生身体健康,加强高校体育教育和管理;依据学生的背景档案,进行大学生管理和心理健康引导;加强大学生的社交教育,适当增加学生的压力;重视大学生的隐形心理压力,提升学生对校园生活的兴趣度。
A survey is carried out among 1100 post-00s students in a university in Zhejiang Province and their subjective well-being and social well-being and influencing factors are analyzed by SPSS statistical analysis software.The study finds that the positive dimensions of subjective well-being perform better while several variables of negative dimensions reflect psychological problems;that among all valuables of social well-being,family relationships and interpersonal relationships exert obvious influence;that personal factors as a whole do not have significant impact on subjective well-being but physical health among them does;that personal factors have an impact on subjective well-being through social well-being.Therefore,universities need to improve post-00s students well-being on the following four aspects:they should pay attention to their physical health and strengthen physical education and management,conduct student management and mental health guidance based on their background,strengthen their social education and properly add more pressure on them,and attach importance to the hidden psychological pressure of students and enhance their interest in school life.
