摘要
利用层次分析法对高校教师慕课使用意愿展开研究。通过文献梳理和专家调查筛选出高校教师慕课使用意愿的影响因素;依据影响因素构建递阶层次模型;利用yaahp软件对30位专家的调查结果进行分析,确定各因素的权重并进行排序。结果表明:课程内容是教师关注的第一因素,其次是个人因素,而社会因素、平台因素和情境因素也对高校教师慕课使用意愿有一定的影响。应从提升课程质量、优化平台服务、转换教学思路、加强慕课教学培训、完善管理政策及加强情感支持等六个方面提升高校教师使用慕课的意愿。
By using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),university teachers willingness to use MOOCs is studied.Through teasing out literature and expert surveys,the influencing factors of willingness to use are sorted out,based on which a hierarchical model is constructed.The survey results from 30 experts are analyzed by yaahp software to determine and sort the weight of each factor.The results show that curriculum content,followed by personal factor,is the primary thing that teachers concern about,and social factor,platform factor and contextual factor also have a certain impact.Therefore,we should enhance university teachers willingness to use MOOCs from six aspects that are raising the quality of courses,optimizing platform services,changing teaching ideas,strengthening MOOC teaching training,improving management policies and consolidating emotional support.
