考虑压钩力作用的重载铁路曲线钢轨磨耗研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究重载列车在曲线上由纵向冲动产生的压钩力对曲线钢轨磨耗的影响,基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论和轮轨磨耗理论,建立车辆动力学模型和轮轨磨耗模型,分析了不同压钩力作用下重载列车运行安全性及小半径曲线钢轨的磨耗规律。计算结果表明,小于400 kN的压钩力对钢轨磨耗和车辆运行安全影响不大,当压钩力大于800 kN后会导致车钩发生偏转,使轮轨横向力和轮轨垂向力增大,极大程度地影响轮轨磨耗及车辆运行安全性。在400 kN压钩力作用下钢轨工作边处累计磨耗量增大了32.6%,钢轨磨耗功增大6.3%;在800 kN压钩力作用下钢轨工作边处累计磨耗量增大了104.3%,钢轨磨耗功增大50.9%;在1200 kN压钩力作用下钢轨磨耗功增大144.7%。 In order to study the influence of the coupler force produced by the longitudinal impulse of the heavy haul trains on the curve rail wear,on the basis of the vehicle track coupling dynamics theory and wheel rail wear theory,the vehicle dynamic model and wheel rail wear model are established,and the running safety of heavy haul trains and the wear law of small radius curve rail under different coupler forces are analyzed.The calculation results show that the coupler force less than 400 kN has little effect on rail wear and vehicle running safety.When the pressure coupler force is greater than 800 kN,the deflection of the coupler occurs,which increases the wheel rail lateral force and vertical force,and greatly affects the wheel rail wear and vehicle running safety.The cumulative wear and the rail wear work at the working edge of the rail increases by 32.6%and 6.3%respectively under the coupler force of 800 kN;the cumulative wear loss and the rail wear work at the working edge of therail increases by 104.3%and 50.9%under the coupler force of 800 kN;the rail wear work increases by 144.7%under the coupler force of 1200 kN.
