教师的学术素养提升是高职院校科研工作面临的一大难题,也是制约学校高质量发展的一个瓶颈。学报作为高职院校科研管理机制组成部分之一,学术性、专业性、前沿性特点决定了其可以在高职院校内进行相关学术素养、学术规范、选题研究等方面培训,从而提升高职院校教师学术素养。

The improvement of teachers’academic literacy is a major problem faced by the development of higher vocational colleges,and it is also a bottleneck restricting the development of vocational education.As one of the components of scientific research management mechanism in higher vocational colleges,the academic,professional and cutting-edge characteristics of journals determine that they can carry out the training of relevant academic literacy,academic norms,topic selection research and other aspects in higher vocational colleges,so as to improve the academic literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
