摘要
工程与工程科学是国民经济发展的重要支柱。国际工程人才的职业能力评价体系经历了漫长的发展,其形式由从最初非正式的、分散的流动论坛会议演变成由多个正式成员集体合作的多边互认协议。该体系以工程师、工程技术专家和工程技术员为评价对象,以其在工程实践活动中所需的核心竞争力为评价内容。发展至今,体系明确规定了三类工程人才所要掌握的工程知识的宽度与深度、要解决的工程问题和工程活动复杂度和承担责任的活动类型与职责的差异。最后,国际工程人才职业能力评价体系的发展对我国工程职业人才的培养路径和评价方式具有一定的参考价值。
Engineering and engineering science are important pillars of national economic development.The professional competency evaluation system of international engineering talents has undergone a long period of development.Its form has evolved from an initial informal and scattered mobile forum meeting to a multilateral mutual recognition agreement involving the collective cooperation of multiple formal member states.The system takes engineers,engineering technical experts and engineering technicians as the evaluation objects,and takes the core competitiveness required in engineering practice as the evaluation content.Since its development,the system has clearly stipulated the breadth and depth of engineering knowledge to be mastered by the three types of engineering talents,the engineering problems to be solved,the complexity of engineering activities,the types of responsible activities and the differences between responsibilities.Finally,the development of the international engineering talents professional competency evaluation system has certain reference value for the training path and evaluation methods of engineering professional talents in our country.
