高职院校基于工作室制的混合式教学模式探析

摘要 根据国家“双高计划”的建设标准,高职学校应转变传统教学观念,更加注重学生的实践能力和综合素质培养。基于工作室制的混合式教学模式是满足高职院校培养知识、能力、素质多方面兼备人才的创新型人才培养模式。通过分析传统工作室制与混合式教学各自存在的弊端,并探讨如何将工作室项目融入高职混合式教学模式中,以网络营销课程为例具体设计基于工作室制的混合式教学环节,对现代高职人才培养具有重要意义。 According to the national“Double High”plan construction standard,higher vocational colleges should change the traditional teaching concept,pay more attention to the cultivation of students′practical ability and comprehensive quality.The blended teaching mode based on studio system is an innovative talent training mode which can meet the requirements of cultivating talents with knowledge,ability and quality in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the disadvantages of traditional studio system and blended teaching,and discusses how to integrate the studio project into the blended teaching mode of higher vocational education.Taking the network marketing course as an example,this paper designs the blended teaching link based on the studio system,which is of great significance to the cultivation of modern higher vocational talents.
