摘要 细胞周期蛋白是广泛存在于真核细胞,具有稳定保守结构的一类蛋白分子,通过与周期蛋白依赖性激酶(CDK)结合形成驱动复合物,参与整个细胞周期过程,其中细胞周期蛋白D(CCND)是其中研究较多的一种蛋白,被认为是肿瘤表型和疾病进展的生物标记,已证实与乳腺癌、卵巢癌、宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌有密切关系。本文就细胞周期蛋白D的分类、功能及其与女性恶性肿瘤的关系作一综述,以期为女性恶性肿瘤的诊治提供参考依据。 Cyclin is a type of protein molecule with a stable and conserved structure widely found in eukaryotic cells.It forms a driving complex by combining with cyclin-dependent kinase(CDK)and participates in the entire cell cycle process.Among them,Cyclin D(CCND)is one of the most studied proteins.It is considered to be a biomarker of tumor phenotype and disease progression.It has been proved to be closely related to breast cancer,ovarian cancer,cervical cancer,and endometrial cancer.This article reviews the classification and function of cyclin D and its relationship with female malignant tumors,hoping to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of female malignant tumors.
