四川省阴道灌洗患者需求及满意度现状调查

Investigation on the Demand and Satisfaction Status of Patients with Vaginal Lavage in Sichuan Province

目的了解阴道灌洗患者需求及满意度现况。方法选取四川省2个三乙、3个三甲医院妇产科就诊的180例患者作为研究对象,采用自行设计的阴道灌洗患者需求及满意度问卷进行调查。结果在阴道灌洗护理技术操作患者需求及满意度问卷中,患者需求总得分为(4.21±0.73)分,满意度总得分为(3.53±0.77)分。患者需求维度得分按从高到低依次排列为:尊重、沟通、自我感受和认知,满意度维度得分按从高到低依次排列为:认知、自我感受、尊重和沟通。不同年龄、文化程度、知识了解程度间阴道灌洗护理技术操作患者满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、知识了解程度是影响患者满意度的主要因素。结论患者对阴道灌洗护理技术操作需求较高,满意度较低,应针对患者需求特点,结合影响满意度因素,在积极构建阴道灌洗护理技术操作规范化培训的同时,为不同年龄、文化程度患者提供个体化的干预措施,提高患者对阴道灌洗护理操作技术的满意度。

Objective To understand the needs and satisfaction status of patients with vaginal lavage.Methods A total of 180 patients in the obstetrics and gynecology departments of 2 third-class hospitals and 3 third-class hospitals in Sichuan Province were selected as the research objects,and a self-designed vaginal lavage patient demand and satisfaction questionnaire was used for investigation.Results In the questionnaire of patient needs and satisfaction with vaginal lavage nursing technique operation,the total score of patient needs was(4.21±0.73)points,and the total score of satisfaction was(3.53±0.77)points.The patient needs dimension scores are ranked from high to low as:respect,communication,self-feeling and cognition,and the satisfaction dimension scores from high to low are ranked as follows:cognition,self-feeling,respect and communication.There was a statistically significant difference in the satisfaction of patients with vaginal lavage nursing techniques among different ages,education levels,and knowledge levels(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that age,education level,and knowledge level were the main factors affecting patient satisfaction.Conclusion Patients have a high demand for vaginal lavage nursing techniques and low satisfaction.It should be based on the characteristics of patients’needs and combined with factors that affect satisfaction.While actively constructing standardized training of vaginal lavage nursing technology operation,it also provides individualized intervention measures for patients of different ages and education levels to improve patients'satisfaction with vaginal lavage nursing operation technology.
