浅谈石灰石粉在CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土中的应用

Application of Limestone Powder in Self Compacting Concrete of CRTSⅢ Slab Ballastless Track

文中以京唐铁路5标的CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道填充层C40自密实混凝土配合比为基础,在其他材料用量不变的情况下,通过掺入不同质量的石灰石粉,研究了石灰石粉掺量对CRTSⅢ型轨道板填充层自密实混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,在混凝土中掺入适量的石灰石粉,可以改善混凝土拌合物的工作性能,且在一定程度上可以提高混凝土的强度。

Based on the mix proportion of C40 self compacting concrete for CRTSIII slab ballastless track of Beijing Tangshan railway Lot 5,this paper studies the influence of limestone powder content on the performance of CRTSIII slab self compacting concrete by adding different amounts of limestone powder with the same amount of other materials.The results show that adding appropriate amount of limestone powder into concrete can improve the working performance of concrete mixture,and improve the strength of concrete to a certain extent.
