摘要
为确保盾构施工安全,需对影响盾构推进区域内小型方桩进行拔除处理,采用全回转套管钻机,将桩体与周围土体分离后拔除。该工艺是静液压驱动,在钢套管内进行拔桩及回填,对地下原状土不破坏,对周边土体产生扰动较小,无强噪声产生,采用机械抓斗抓土,无泥浆排放污染,这与传统的开挖清障,分段破碎等方法比较,适用性强,节能环保。
In order to ensure the safety of shield construction,it is necessary to remove the small square piles in the area affected by shield tunneling.The technology is driven by static hydraulic pressure,and the piles are pulled out and backfilled in the steel casing pipe,which will not destroy the original underground soil,cause less disturbance to the surrounding soil,and have no strong noise,compared with the traditional methods,such as excavating and removing obstacles,breaking by stages,this method has strong applicability,energy-saving and environmental protection.
