摘要
文中从人员配备、实施准备、信息公开、加强监督等角度对高职院校自行招标存在问题进行分析,并提出解决方案。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in higher vocational colleges’ self-bidding from the perspectives of personnel allocation,implementation preparation,information disclosure and strengthening supervision,and puts forward solutions.
