壮药“洗四方”联合局部封闭对骶髂关节炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of Zhuang medicine"Xisifang"combined with local block on Sacroiliac arthritis

目的:通过临床试验研究,分析我院自制壮药“洗四方”联合局部封闭术治疗骶髂关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将40例骶髂关节炎经局部封闭治疗术后患者随机分为基础组和实验组,每组20例。基础组予术后常规治疗,实验组予术后常规治疗联合壮药“洗四方”药熨治疗2周,分别于术前,术后1 d、2周、4周随访,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和改良的ODI评分评价两组术后康复情况,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:术前及术后1 d两组VAS评分及ODI评分差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),术后2周及4周两组VAS评分及ODI评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮药“洗四方”联合局部封闭术治疗骶髂关节炎有持续改善效果,临床疗效优于单纯骶髂关节封闭术治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of sacroiliac arthritis with self-made Zhuang medicine"Xisifang"combined with local occultation.Methods:40 cases with sacroiliac arthritis were divided into the basic group and the experimental group with 20 cases in each group.The basic group received routine treatment after surgery,and the experimental group was treated with routine therapy after operation combined with Zhuang medicine of"Xisifang"washing and ironing for 2 weeks.The visual analogue score(VAS)and improved ODI score were used to evaluate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients through following up before surgery and 1 day,2 and 4 weeks after surgery.The results were statistically analyzed.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score and ODI score before surgery,as the same as one day after the surgery(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the 2 groups in VAS score and ODI score followed up 2 and 4 weeks after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of sacroiliac arthritis with the combination of Zhuang medicine"Xisifang"and local sealing have the effect of continuous improvement,and the clinical effect is better than that of sacroiliac joint sealing alone.
