白内障手术中复曲面人工晶状体拓展运用的临床现状

Advances on the expanded application of Toric intraocular lens in cataract surgery

摘要 复曲面人工晶状体(Toric IOL)可以有效矫正白内障患者的角膜散光,提高白内障患者术后脱镜率,术后散光矫正效果稳定。近年来,Toric IOL除了用于单纯合并角膜规则散光≥0.75 D的成年白内障患者,还越来越多地运用于合并高度近视眼、角膜屈光术后、角膜边缘变性、不规则角膜散光及未成年白内障患者。其拓展运用为患者提供了更好的术后效果,但也存在着一定的局限性和缺点。本文中笔者将就Toric IOL临床适应症拓展运用的现状和存在的问题进行综述。 Toric intraocular lens(Toric IOL)can effectively correct corneal astigmatism in cataract patients,improve the rate of lens removal after cataract surgery,and stabilize the effect of astigmatism correction.In recent years,Toric IOL is not only used in adult cataract patients with corneal regular astigmatism≥0.75 D,but also more and more used in patients with high myopia,corneal refractive surgery,corneal marginal degeneration,irregular corneal astigmatism and juvenile cataract.Its extended application provides better postoperative effect for patients,but it also has some limitations and shortcomings.In this paper,the current situation and existing problems of the clinical application of Toric IOL were reviewed.
