粉末状食品保温箱温度实时控制系统设计

Design of Real Time Temperature Control System for Powder Food Incubator

摘要 在实时控制保温箱温度时,保温箱箱体各部分对温度变化的敏感度不同,导致箱内的温差数值过大。针对这一不足,设计一种粉末状食品保温箱温度实时控制系统。设计保温箱恒温箱体,采用DASH干涉仪在相同导热系数的保温层上安置均匀分布的通光口,连接箱内的硬件电路。计算粉末状食品的保质率,以保温箱内部温度分布函数定义粉末状食品单位温度体积百分数,计算保温箱实际的温度输出值,此时保证温度实时控制时箱内的温度能够及时做出反应,完成对温度实时控制系统的设计。选用相同的系统硬件,设定硬件连接口,搭建控制系统的试验环境。结果表明,设计的温度实时控制系统控制下的保温箱内温差数值最小,各个测试点间的温度差在1℃之内,实时控制系统控制下保温箱内的温度较为均衡。 When the temperature of the incubator is controlled in real time, the sensitivity of each part of the incubator to the temperature change is different, which leads to the excessive temperature difference in the incubator. The constant temperature box of the incubator is designed, and a DASH interferometer is used to install evenly distributed optical ports on the insulation layer with the same thermal conductivity to connect the hardware circuit in the box. The quality guarantee rate of powder food is calculated. The volume percentage of unit temperature of powder food is defined by the temperature distribution function inside the incubator, and the actual temperature output value of the incubator is calculated. The temperature in the box can respond in time when the temperature is controlled in real time, and the design of the real-time temperature control system is completed. The experimental results show that the temperature difference in the incubator controlled by the real-time temperature control system designed is the smallest, the temperature difference between each test point is within 1 ℃, and the temperature in the incubator is relatively balanced under the control of the real-time control system.
