摘要
采用辊压式破壳原理设计针对巴西松子的破壳机,对破壳机的整体结构及其松壳与松仁的分离装置进行设计,并在仿真破壳机稳定工作后得到具体工作参数。设计中着重对破壳分离装置中的辊轴、辊压调节器、入料口及出料筛选口详细介绍,而试验中则对影响破壳效果的施加载荷方向和辊轴转速因素讨论分析,测算出了该破壳机的工作效率。最后依靠ANSYS有限元分析软件对松子Y轴方向载荷进行了受力分析,结论为Y轴方向载荷为松子破壳的主要动力。
Based on the principle of rolling shell breaking, the shell breaker for Brazilian pine was designed. The framework and the separation device between the shell and the pine nut of the shell breaker were designed. And the specific working parameters were obtained after the simulation shell breaker stable operation. The design was focused on the detailed introduction of the roller shaft, roller pressure regulator, feed port and discharge screening port in the shell separation device. In the test, the load direction and the roller shaft speed that affect the shell breaking effect were analyzed, and the working efficiency of the shell breaker was calculated. The stress of Y-axis load of pine nut was analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software. It was concluded that the Y-axis load was the main force of breaking pine nut shell.
