甘氨酸作为食品添加剂、农药中间体等被广泛应用于食品、农药等领域,市场前景广阔。主要介绍了甘氨酸的合成方法及研究进展,对比了各合成工艺的技术指标,展望了未来甘氨酸合成的发展方向。
Glycine is widely used in food, pesticide and other fields as food additives and pesticide intermediates, with a broad market prospect. The synthesis methods and research progress of glycine were mainly introduced, and the technical indicators of each synthesis process were compared. It looks forward to the future development direction of glycine synthesis.
