基于因子分析法的公众食品安全满意度——以浙江省第三批食品安全创建县(市、区)为例 被引量:3

Food Safety Satisfaction of the Residents Based on Factor Analysis——A Case of the Third Batch of Food Safety Founding County in Zhejiang Province

摘要 开展食品安全创建县(市、区)公众满意度调查是检阅当地政府创建工作成效的重要手段。采用因子分析法对浙江省松阳县等第三批38个食品安全创建县(市、区) 11 400位公众的随机电话调查结果进行定量分析。食品安全公众平均满意度(83.6分)与2016年创建前(67.3分)相比提升24.2%,排名第一的松阳县高达92.3分。浙江省政府正在大力推进的食品安全县(市、区)创建工作得到了公众的大力支持,食品安全打击力度、打击成效得到了老百姓的高度认可,公众满意感、获得感明显增加,但与期望相比,当前食品安全形势依然不容乐观,还需要不断加大"为民办实事""农贸市场改造提升""科普宣传"等公众关注的食品安全,满足人民向往美好生活的新时代需要。 Carrying out the resident satisfaction survey of food safety founding county is an important indicator to review the effectiveness of local government. Factor analysis was used to quantitatively analyze the random telephone survey results of 11 400 residents in the third batch of 38 food safety counties. The resident satisfaction of food safety(83.6 points) is 24.2%, higher than that before the food safety founding county of 2016(67.3 points), and Song-Yang county ranking the first is 92.3 points. The founding of food safety county which is being vigorously promoted by Zhejiang provincial government has been greatly supported by the residents. The crackdown on food safety has been highly recognized by the residents. The resident ‘s satisfaction and sense of access have increased significantly. However, compared with the expectation, the current situations of food safety is still not optimistic. They also need to continue to increase food safety concerns from the resident, such as "doing meet the needs of the people", "improving the agricultural trade market", "publicity of general food safety knowledge" and so on, so as to meet the needs of the new era in which the people yearn for a better life.
