多功能超声波成像测井仪是基于超声脉冲反射法原理研发的一种多功能超声成像测井仪器,该仪器主要用于评价固井质量。介绍了该仪器的测量原理、仪器结构、技术指标、测量模式、偏心校正等,总结了现场操作要求和质量控制方法,研制了用胶结指数法和声阻抗法评价固井质量的解释标准及图版,实现了固井质量快速评价。MUIL测井仪在南海东部逐步取代了斯伦贝谢公司的IBC测井仪,降低了测试成本。

The multifunctional ultrasonic imaging logging tool is a kind of multifunctional ultrasonic imaging logging tool based on the principle of ultrasonic pulse reflection,which is mainly used to evaluate the cementing quality in the east of the South China Sea.The principle,structure,technical indexes,measurement mode and eccentric correction of the instrument are introduced.The field opera⁃tion requirements and the measurement quality control methods of it are summarized.The interpretation standard and chart of cement⁃ing quality evaluation by cement index method and acoustic impedance method are developed,and the quick evaluation of cementing quality is realized.The multifunctional ultrasonic imaging logging tool has gradually replaced the IBC logging tool of Schlumberger com⁃pany in the east of the South China Sea,reducing the testing cost.
