摘要
依据SY/T 5504.4—2019《油井水泥外加剂评价方法第4部分:促凝剂》,探讨了目前国内油化剂生产企业所生产的高氯型促凝剂与低氯型促凝剂对G级油井水泥浆性能的影响。结果表明:高氯型促凝剂对于缩短水泥浆稠化时间和提高水泥石早期抗压强度的作用明显优于低氯型促凝剂,掺入高氯型促凝剂的水泥浆与水泥净浆的稠化时间之比最大值为0.54,最小值为0.36,平均范围在0.43;掺入低氯型促凝剂的水泥浆稠化时间之比最大值为0.77,最小值为0.41,平均范围在0.59;掺入高氯型促凝剂的水泥石6 h早期抗压强度增长率最高为169.87%,最低为43.75%;掺入低氯型促凝剂的水泥石6 h抗压强度增长率最高为33.33%,最低为0。高氯型促凝剂对水泥浆稠化时间的影响和水泥石6 h早期强度的提高与其氯含量无明显的线性关系,呈分散趋势,低氯型促凝剂对水泥浆稠化时间的影响和水泥石6 h早期强度的提高与其氯含量呈正比。二者对水泥石24 h抗压强度的影响没有明显的区别。
The influences of high-chlorine and low-chlorine coagulation accelerators produced by domestic manufacturers of chemical agents for oil production on the performance of grade G oil well cement slurry are discussed according to SY/T 5504.4—2019“Evalua⁃tion Method for Oil Well Cement Additives—Part 4:Coagulation Accelerators”.The results show that the effect of high-chlorine coagu⁃lation accelerators on shortening the thickening time of cement slurry and improving the early compressive strength of cement paste is obviously better than that of low-chlorine coagulation accelerators.The maximum ratio value of the thickening time of the cement slur⁃ry mixed with high chlorine coagulation accelerators to the thickening time of the cement slurry is 0.54,the minimum ratio value is 0.36,the average ratio value is 0.43;The maximum ratio value of the thickening time of the cement slurry mixed with low chlorine coag⁃ulation accelerators to the thickening time of the cement slurry is 0.77,the minimum ratio value is 0.41,the average ratio value is 0.59.The maximum value of the increase of 6 h early compressive strength of the cement paste added with high-chlorine coagulation acceler⁃ators is 169.87%,and the minimum value is 43.75%;The maximum value of the increase of 6 h early compressive strength of the ce⁃ment paste added with low-chlorine coagulation accelerators is 33.33%,and the minimum value is 0.The effects of high-chlorine coag⁃ulation accelerators on the thickening time of cement slurry and the increase of 6 h early compressive strength of cement paste have no obvious linear relationship with their chlorine content,showing a dispersive trend.The effect of low-chlorine coagulation accelerators on the thickening time of cement slurry and the increase of 6 h early compressive strength of cement paste are positively proportional to their chlorine content.The effects of high-chlorine coagulation accelerators and low-chlorine coagulation accelerators on the 24 h com⁃pressive strength of cement paste are of no obvious difference.
