摘要
为解决常规泵车洗井过程中洗井液漏失、返液时间长、洗井效果差的问题,设计了套压阀与温控封隔器组合的油井不压井热洗清蜡装置。通过温控封隔器封住油套环形空间,热洗时,套压阀孔在温控封隔器封隔后打开,解封前关闭,有效防止热洗液污染地层。在10余口低能地层易漏失油井成功应用油井不压井热洗清蜡装置,节约洗井液用量30%~50%,热洗时间缩短30%~50%,节约热洗清蜡成本1/3左右。
In order to solve the problems such as leakage of well washing fluid,long return time of well washing fluid and poor well washing effect in the process of conventional pump truck well washing,a non killing hot paraffin cleaning device combined with casing pressure valve and temperature control packer was designed.During hot washing,after the temperature control packer seals the annular space between tubing and casing,the casing pressure valve hole is opened,and it is closed before the temperature control packer un⁃seals,which can effectively prevent the formation from being polluted by hot washing fluid.The successful application in more than 10 oil wells with low energy formation and easy to leak shows that the device can save 30%~50%of the amount of well washing fluid,30%~50%of the hot washing time and about 1/3 of the hot washing cost.
