细节强化护理模式在痛风性关节炎患者中的应用研究

Study on the application of intensive care model in patients with gouty arthritis

目的探讨强化细节护理模式在急性痛风性关节炎患者中的应用效果.方法选择我院收治的急性痛风性关节炎患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上强化细节护理,比较两组患者的症状缓解时间、护理前后关节疼痛评分(VAS评分)以及患者的护理满意度.结果观察组患者症状缓解时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者护理后的关节疼痛评分均有明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者在心理支持、护患沟通、主动服务、护理技能及健康教育等的护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论对痛风性关节炎患者应用强化细节护理模式可促进患者临床症状缓解,减轻关节疼痛程度,提高患者护理满意度,建议临床推广应用.

0bjective To explore the effect of intensive detailed nursing model in patients with acute gouty arthritis.Methods 80 cases of patients with acute gouty arthritis were admitted in our hospital were selected,according to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each,routine nursing was used in the control group,and detailed nursing was enhanced in the observation group on the basis of the control group,to compare the symptom relief time,VAS score before and after nursing and patient satisfaction with nursing between the two groups.Results The symptom remission time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The joint pain scores of the observation group and the control group after nursing were significantly reduced,and the joint pain scores of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group in psychological support,nursepatient communication,active service,nursing skills and health education(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intensive care mode in patients with gout arthritis can promote the relief of clinical symptoms,reduce the degree of joint pain,improve patient care satisfaction,it is recommended to promote the clinical application.
