预工艺孔对整体式窗框结构门内板的成形稳健性影响研究

摘要 针对整体式窗框结构门内板型面复杂、成形时在窗框位置易出现开裂以及生产稳健性差的问题,基于材料力学原理,建立了预工艺孔参与成形的理论模型,研究了各参数对成形的影响,提出了通过调整预工艺孔工艺有效提高成形稳健性的方法。以某车型后门内板为例,结合数值模拟,对比分析了不同预工艺孔工艺对窗框位置成形稳健性的影响,得出了预工艺孔工艺方案的稳健性最优解。将此方案运用到实际模具中,获得了成形稳定的零件。利用光学测量设备对成形风险区进行校核,验证了方案的有效性及与模拟分析的一致性。 Aming at the problems that surface design of the integrated window frame inner door is complicated,it is prone to crack at the window frame during forming process,and production robustness is poor,based on the principle of material mechanics,the theoretical model of technological hole participating in forming was established.The influence of various parameters on the forming was studied,and a method which can effectively improve the forming robustness by adjusting the technological hole plan was proposed.Combined with numerical simulation,the influence of different technological hole plans on the forming robustness was compared and analyzed,and the optimal plan was obtained based on the analysis of a certain rear inner door.The stable forming parts were produced after applying the method in practice.The risk areas were checked by optical measuring equipment,which verifies the effectiveness of the method and its consistency with the simulation.
