摘要
为了实现无自旋交换弛豫态(SERF)原子自旋陀螺仪高精准、高稳定的测温目标,文章提出了一种改进的四线制比例测温方法。选用超高精度FRSM金属箔电阻,通过比例测量的方式抑制温漂,同时采用高阶数字滤波器降低噪声,大大提高了系统的测温精度。测试结果表明,该方法的测温精度高达0.01℃,漂移量小于0.01℃,实现了多通道的温度精确测量,可应用于SERF原子自旋陀螺仪精密测温系统。
In order to achieve the high-precision and high-stability temperature measurement goal on the Spin-Exchange Relaxation-Free(SERF)atomic spin gyroscope,this paper proposes an improved four-wire system proportional temperature measurement method.Ultra-precision FRSM metal foil resistor is selected to suppress temperature drift through proportional measurement.At the same time,high-order digital filter is used to reduce noise and greatly improve the temperature measurement accuracy of the system.The test results show that the temperature measurement accuracy of the method is as high as 0.01℃,and the drift is less than 0.01℃.It realizes multichannel temperature precision measurement and can be applied to the precision temperature measurement system of SERF atomic spin gyroscope.
