桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺功能减退是多种病因引起的内分泌疾病,可归属于中医"瘿病"、"虚劳"的范畴。王旭教授认为本病的病性属本虚标实,脾肾阳虚为本,气滞、血瘀、痰凝蕴结于颈部为标。治疗当以温阳益气、补肾健脾为主,配合理气、活血、化痰,自拟二仙消瘿汤,收效满意。

Hashimoto’s thyroiditis combined with hypothyroidism is an endocrine disease caused by a variety of causes,which can be attributed to the category of"Yingbing"and"Xulao"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor WANG Xu believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is based on the deficiency of the standard,the deficiency of the spleen and kidney is the foundation,and the stagnation,blood stasis,and phlegm are accumulated in the neck.The treatment should be based on warming Yang and nourishing Qi,nourishing the kidney and spleen,with reasonable Qi,blood circulation,and phlegm.The Self-made Erxian Xiaoying Decoction has satisfactory results.
