旴江名医危亦林《世医得效方》骨伤科学术思想探究

Research on the Academic Thought of Orthopedics of Effective Formulas from Generations of Physicians Written by Xujiang Famous Doctor WEI Yilin

旴江医学流派传承千年,历史悠久,同新安医学、岭南医学、吴门医学、孟河医学一样,是我国重要的地方医学流派,在中国医学史上占有重要地位,对后世影响很大。我国元代著名旴江名医危亦林,家族五世业医,医术精湛,活人无数,为江西省"历代十大名医"之一,其所著《世医得效方》一书内容极其丰富,尤其在骨伤科方面贡献最为突出,集元代以前骨伤科之大成,对后世骨伤科的发展影响深远。本研究以该书第十八卷的内容为基础,探究并总结了危氏骨伤科学术思想,为后续深入研究做一参考。

Xujiang medical sect has inherited for thousands of years,has a long history,like Xin’an medicine,Lingnan medicine,Wumen medicine and Menghe medicine.It is an important sect of local medicine in China.It plays an important role in the history of TCM,has a great influence on later generations.Wei Yilin,a Xujiang famous doctor of Yuan Dynasty in China,his family practiced medicine for five generations,he had excellent medical skills,saved countless people,was one of the"top ten famous doctors of all ages"in Jiangxi Province.He wrote a book Effective Formulas from Generations of Physicians with rich contents,especially had outstanding contribution in orthopedics,had great achievements of orthopedics before Yuan Dynasty,had a profound influence on the development of orthopedics of later age.This research is based on the contents of volume 18 of the book.This paper explored and summarized WEI’s academic thoughts on orthopedics,made a reference for further research.
