通过微观视角下对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎发病机制探讨,推演其以肠系膜为结构基础、痰饮内结为病理条件,玄府郁闭为核心环节的基本病理要素。并结合汗法作用机制,应用汗法从驱邪逐寇、布散津液、开玄解郁等方面对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎病理要素的形成环节进行干预,以达到预防及治愈疾病的目的,并为临床小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的中医治疗提供新思路。
