肝胃双和汤辅助铝碳酸镁片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎对患者环氧化酶、炎症因子的变化研究

Effect of Ganwei Shuanghe Decoction Combined with Magnesium Aluminum Carbonate Tablets on Cycloenzyme and Inflammatory Factors for Patients with Bile Reflux Gastritis

目的:观察肝胃双和汤辅助铝碳酸镁片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎对患者环氧化酶、炎症因子的变化影响。方法:选取我院2017年1月~2019年1月收治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者94例,采用随机数字法分为两组。两组患者均给予饮食指导、适当锻炼、心理开导及口服多潘立酮片等一般治疗,对照组加用铝碳酸镁片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予肝胃双和汤辅助治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率(89.36%)高于对照组(72.34%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组黏膜充血消失时间(4.10±1.41)d、胆汁反流消失时间(4.05±1.23)d、黏膜水肿消失时间(5.24±1.37)d短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前胃酸、胆酸、环氧化酶、炎症因子水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后环氧化酶-1(COX-1)水平高于对照组,胃酸、胆酸、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝胃双和汤辅助铝碳酸镁片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎可减轻炎症反应,调节环氧化酶的表达水平,减少胃酸、胆酸的分泌,促进症状的消失。

Objective: To study the effect of Ganwei Shuanghe Decoction combined with Magnesium Aluminum Carbonate Tablets on cycloenzyme and inflammatory factors for patients with bile reflux gastritis.Methods: 94 patients with bile reflux gastritis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the two groups were treated with diet guidance, proper exercise, psychological guidance and oral domperidone tablets, while the controlled group was treated with Magnesium Aluminum Carbonate Tablets, and the observation group was treated with Ganwei Shuanghe Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.Results: The total effective rate(89.36%) in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(72.34%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of mucosal hyperemia disappearance(4.10±1.41) d, bile reflux disappearance(4.05±1.23) d, and mucosal edema disappearance(5.24±1.37) d in the observation group were shorter than those in the controlled group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of gastric acid, cholic acid, ring-oxidase and inflammatory factor in the 2 group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The level of cyclooxygenase-1(COX-1) in the treatment group was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05),and the level of gastric acid, cholic acid, cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),C-reactive protein(CRP) and interleukin-8(IL-8) was lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of the bile reflux gastritis by Ganwei Shuanghe Decoction assisted Aluminum Magnesium Carbonate Tablet can reduce the inflammatory reaction, regulate the expression level of the cyclooxygenase, reduce the secretion of gastric acid and cholic acid, and promote the disappearance of the symptoms.
