通腑醒神汤联合白虎汤加味治疗高血压脑出血疗效及对炎症因子水平影响

Effect of Using Tongfu Xingshen Decoction Combined with Modified Baihu Decoction in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage and It’s Influence on the Level of Inflammatory Factors

目的:探讨通腑醒神汤联合白虎汤加味治疗高血压脑出血患者的疗效及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年11月收治的高血压脑出血患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组采用术后常规治疗措施,干预组在此基础上给予通腑醒神汤联合白虎汤加味治疗。分析两组患者血清IL-6及TNF-α水平,评估患者神经功能缺损程度和预后。结果:术后7d及1个月干预组IL-6和TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月及随访3个月时干预组患者NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月时对干预组及对照组患者GOS评分进行比较,干预组患者预后整体优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通腑醒神汤联合白虎汤加味对高血压脑出血患者具有积极疗效,能够显著降低炎症因子水平,促进神经功能康复,改善患者预后。

Objective: To explore the curative effect of using Tongfu Xingshen Decoction combined with Modified Baihu Decoction in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods: 60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into intervention group and controlled group.The controlled group was given routine treatment after operation, and the observation group was given Tongfu Xingshen Decoction combined with Baihu Decoction.The levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α were analyzed, the degree of neurological impairment and the prognosis was evaluated by NIHSS.Results: The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group 7 days after operation and one month after operation(P<0.05).After one month of treatment and three months of follow-up, the NIHSS score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up, GOS scores of patients in the intervention group and the controlled group were compared, and the prognosis of patients in the intervention group was better than that in the controlled group as a whole(P<0.05).Conclusion: Tongfu Xingshen Decoction combined with Modified Baihu Decoction has a positive effect in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, which can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors, promote the rehabilitation of neurological function and improve the prognosis of patients.
