小针刀联合药物治疗鼻息肉的临床疗效及对患者IgE、IL-23水平的影响

Clinical Effect of Applying Small Needle Knife Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Nasal Polyps and Its influence on the Levels of IgE and IL-23

目的:观察小针刀联合糖皮质激素以及中药治疗鼻息肉的临床疗效及对患者IgE、IL-23水平的影响。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年12月我院耳鼻喉科收取的100例鼻息肉患者,根据随机数字法进行分配,分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组用小针刀结合激素治疗,观察组小针刀结合糖皮质激素以及中药进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、IgE、IL-23的变化、并发症发生率、手术复发率。结果:观察组患者临床疗效总有效率(94.00%)显著高于对照组(78.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的IgE、IL-23水平显著降低,且观察组IgE、IL-23水平变化幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的总并发症发生率(22.00%)显著小于对照组(50.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组患者手术复发率(14.00%)显著低于对照组(22.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:采用小针刀联合糖皮质激素以及中药治疗鼻息肉临床疗效显著,有效的降低IgE、IL-23的水平,并发症的发生率以及复发率均显著降低,可广泛应用于临床研究。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of applying small needle knife combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of nasal polyps and its influence on the levels of IgE and IL-23.Methods:100 patients with nasal polyps collected from the department of otorhinolaryngology of our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,with 50 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with small needle knife combined with hormone,while the observation group was treated with small needle knife combined with glucocorticoid and traditional Chinese medicine.The controlled group was treated with glucocorticoid,and the observation group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with small needle knife of traditional Chinese medicine.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment;compared the level of IgE and IL-23 before and after treatment;compared the incidence of complications of the two groups of patients;compared the recurrence rate of the two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(94.00%)was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(78.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IgE and IL-23 between the two groups(P 0.05);after treatment,the levels of IgE and IL-23 in the two groups were significantly lower,and the changes in the levels of IgE and IL-23 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group(22.00%)was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(50.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the controlled group(22.00%),the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(14.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of small needle knife combined with glucocorticoid and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of nasal polyps is significant.It can effectively reduce the water skin of IgE and IL-23.The incidence of complications and recurrence rate are significantly reduced,which can be widely used in clinical research.
