穴位按摩配合五音疗法治疗气血虚弱型产后缺乳疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying Acupoint Massage Combined with Five-sound Music Therapy in the Treatment of Qi-blood Deficiency Type Postpartum Hypogalactia

目的:观察穴位按摩配合五音疗法治疗气血虚弱型产后缺乳的疗效。方法:选择2018年3月~2019年9月在本院分娩的气血虚弱型产后缺乳患者200例,随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各100例,两组均给予常规治疗,对照组在其基础上给予五音疗法,研究组给予穴位按摩配合五音疗法。比较两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、激素水平、泌乳情况,并评估患者产后心理和临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者催乳素(PRL)水平均显著升高,孕酮(P)以及雌二醇(E2)水平、中医症候积分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著降低,且研究组升高或降低幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后1d、2d、3d两组患者泌乳评分均显著升高,且研究组升高幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合五音疗法应用于气血虚弱型PH患者,可调节机体激素水平,改善患者临床症状和不良情绪,有效促进乳汁分泌。

Objective: To study the curative effect of applying acupoint massage combined with five-sound music therapy in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia of Qi-blood deficiency type.Methods: A total of 200 patients with postpartum hypogalactia of Qi-blood deficiency type who were delivered in the hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into controlled group and study group by the random number table method, 100 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.On this basis, the controlled group was given five-sound music therapy, while the study group was given acupoint massage combined with five-sound music therapy.The scores of TCM symptoms, levels of hormones and lactation status before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The postpartum psychology and clinical curative effect were evaluated.Results: After treatment, level of prolactin(PRL) was significantly increased, while levels of progesterone(P) and estradiol(E2),scores of TCM symptoms, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) were significantly decreased in both groups.And the increase or decrease amplitude in the study group was greater(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment, at 1 d, 2 d and 3 d after treatment, lactation scores in both groups were significantly increased.And the increase amplitude in the study group was greater(P<0.05).The response rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of acupoint massage combined with five-sound music therapy in PH patients of Qi-blood deficiency type can regulate levels of hormones, improve clinical symptoms and adverse emotions, and effectively promote lactation.
