摘要
随着综合能源基础设施的建设和投资规模不断扩大,所涉及的综合能源种类繁多,地理位置分部零散,数据管控受技术条件与各地政策限制,其价值挖掘与集中管理一直是薄弱环节。为了解决综合能源数据“集约化、扁平化、专业化”管理需求,本文基于大数据管理理念,提出一种综合能源管控与运营一体化解决方案,通过建立综合能源数据接入规范,统一实时监测数据上传标准和技术要求,构造综合能源全息数据模型,达到对各类综合能源电站相关运营监测数据的集中规范化管理,最终实现对综合能源的统一运行监控、统一调度指挥,统一数据管理,优化综合能源结构和管控模式,挖掘综合能源数据价值,保障能源电站设备与人员安全,降低电网运行成本,提高远程管控能力。
As the scale of construction and investment in integrated energy infrastructure continues to expand,the value mining and centralised management of the many different types of integrated energy sources involved and their geographical locations are fragmented,and data control is restricted by technical conditions and local policies,has been a weak link.In order to solve the“intensive,flat and professional”management needs of comprehensive energy data,this paper proposes a comprehensive energy management and management and operation integration solution based on the concept of big data management.By establishing the integrated energy data access specification,unifying the real-time monitoring data transmission standards and technical requirements,and constructing the comprehensive energy holographic data model,the centralized and standardized management of relevant operation monitoring data of various types of integrated energy power stations can be achieved.Finally,the unified operation monitoring,unified dispatching command,unified data management,and the integrated energy structure and control can be optimized mode,mining the value of comprehensive energy data,ensuring the safety of energy plant equipment and personnel,reducing the cost of power grid operation,and improving the ability of remote control.
