完善乡村教师生活待遇政策的思考

Analyses on Improving the Rural Teachers’Living Treatment Policy

乡村师资队伍是提高乡村教育质量、促进城乡教育一体化发展的关键。而乡村教师生活待遇政策又是加强乡村教师队伍建设的重要保障。针对目前一些地方乡村教师生活待遇政策执行存在对象范围模糊不清、生活补助标准缺乏差别化、乡村教师生活条件建设缺失等问题,本文提出地方政府要明确乡村教师生活待遇政策的对象,确保乡村教师生活补助对象范围公平合理;实施乡村教师生活补助标准差别化;改善乡村教师生活条件建设等,进一步落实乡村教师生活待遇政策,提高乡村教师的工作积极性,加强乡村教师队伍建设。

Rural teachers are the key to improve the quality of rural education and promote the integration of urban and rural education,and the policy of rural teachers’living treatment is an important guarantee to strengthen the construction of rural teachers.For the problems existing in the implementation of some local rural teachers’living treatment policies,such as the unclear object scope,the lack of differentiation of living subsidy standards,and the lack of rural teachers’living conditions construction etc.,some suggestions are proposed in order to further implement the policy of rural teachers’living treatment,improve the rural teachers’enthusiasm,and strengthen the construction of rural teachers’team,which the local government should make clear the object of rural teachers’living treatment policies,ensure that the scope of rural teachers’living subsidy is fair and reasonable,and implement the standard deviation of rural teachers’living subsidy.
