摘要
为了解决电动两轮车再启动速度跟踪不对导致的电机切入不平滑问题,提出了基于反电动势的占空比估算方法。通过分析电机的调速特性,推导反电动势和占空比的关系,根据采集的反电动势,估算电机再启动时的占空比。该算法采用32位MCU作为载体,设计了反电动势采样电路和再启动控制系统,实现了电机非静止条件下的平滑启动。
The restart speed tracking of the electric bicycle is not correct,which leads to the motor cut in is not smooth.In the light of the back electromotive force(BEMF)theory,a duty cycle estimation method is proposed to solve this problem.The relationship between the BEMF and the duty cycle is deduced by analyzing the speed regulation characteristics of the motor,and the duty cycle of the motor is estimated according to the collected BEMF.The algorithm uses 32-bit MCU as the carrier,designs the BEMF sampling circuit and restart control system to realize the smooth starting of the motor under non-static conditions.
