摘要
目的 探讨尼麦角林联合长春西汀对脑梗死患者微循环及血液流变学相关指标的影响.方法 随机选取2019年1月~2019年10月于我院神经内科住院治疗的脑梗死患者300例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(150例)和观察组(150例).对照组患者给予长春西汀注射液治疗;观察组患者在长春西汀静点基础上,给予尼麦角林片口服治疗,观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的血液流变学参数和微循环指标.结果 与治疗前相比,对照组和观察组患者治疗后的血液流变学参数指标均降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的血液流变学参数指标均较对照组治疗后降低(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,对照组及观察组患者治疗后微循环各指标明显降低(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后微循环各指标较对照组降低(P<0.05).结论 脑梗死患者采用尼麦角林与长春西汀联合治疗降低血液流变学参数指标及微循环各指标水平,能显著抑制血小板的聚集,降低血液的黏稠度,进而改善其神经系统缺损症状.
Objective To investigate the effect of Nioergoline combined with Vinpocetine on the microcirculation and hemorheology related indexes in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Randomly select 300 patients with cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group(150 cases)and an observation group(150 cases)using a random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with Vinpocetine injection;the patients in the observation group were treated with Nioergoline tablets on the basis of intravenous injection of Vinpocetine.The hemorheology parameters and microcirculation indexes of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the hemorheological parameters of the control group and the observation group were lower after treatment(P<0.05);the hemorheology parameters of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the microcirculation indexes of the control group and the observation group were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05);the microcirculation indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Nioergoline and Vinpocetine in patients with cerebral infarction can reduce hemorheological parameters and microcirculation indicators,which can significantly inhibit platelet aggregation,reduce blood viscosity,anci improve symptoms of neurological deficits.
