糖皮质激素类药物的用药误区及合理用药分析

目的 对糖皮质激素类药物的用药误区进行分析,以进一步促进临床合理用药.方法 选择我院在收治的100例采用糖皮质激素类药物治疗的患者作为研究对象,对糖皮质激素类药物使用基本情况、与糖皮质激素类药物相互作用发生情况以及不良反应发生情况进行观察,分析其不合理使用情况.结果 100例患者中,儿科和呼吸内科分布例数最多,各占比27.00%,其三种及以上糖皮质激素类药物的使用率分别为11.11%和14.81%,其次分别为骨科和皮肤科,使用率分别为8.33%和6.25%;与糖皮质激素类药物相互作用的不良反应发生情况,抗菌药与糖皮质激素类药物相互作用的不良反应最多,为11.00%,强心苷糖皮质激素类药物相互作用的不良反应最少,为3.00%;100例患者的糖皮质激素类药物不合理用药占比22.00%,以与其他药物合用占比最多,为9.00%,滥用糖皮质激素类药物占比最少,为3.00%.结论 我院目前糖皮质激素类药物的用药误区主要为其他药物合用、滥用该类药物、长期使用该类药物等,需要进一步加强糖皮质激素类药物使用的监督和指导,以尽量减少用药误区,降低患者不良反应的发生风险.

Objective Analyze the misunderstanding of glucocorticoid drugs to further promote the clinical rational use of drugs.Method 100 cases of patients treated with glucocorticoid drugs in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The basic situation of glucocorticoid drug use,the occurrence of interaction with glucocorticoid drugs and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and analyzed.Resu 11 Among the 100 patients,pediatrics and respiratory medicine accounted for 27.00%and 27.00%of the total number of patients,respectively.The utilization rates of three or more glucocorticoids were 11.11%and 14.81%,followed by orthopedics and dermatology,with the utilization rates of 8.33%and 6.25%,respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions with glucocorticoid drugs,antibacterial drugs and glucocorticoids The most adverse drug reactions were drug interactions(11%),and the least adverse reactions were cardiar glycosides and glucocorticoids(3%);the irrational use of glucocorticoids accounted for 22.00%of the 100 patients,and the combination with other drugs accounted for the most(9.00%),and the abuse of glucocorticoids accounted for the least(4.00%).Conclusion At present,the main misunderstandings in the use of glucocorticoids in our hospital are the combination of other drugs,abuse of such drugs,long-term use of such drugs,etc.It is necessary to further strengthen the supervision and guidance of the use of glucocorticoid drugs,so as to minimize medication errors and reduce the risk of adverse reactions of patients.
