摘要
课程目标的有效达成是学校课程实施的根本目的。在学校课程实施过程中,不同课程利益主体有着自己的专业主张和教育诉求,这就需要学校通过课程治理的方式,以课程集体审议等形式来凝聚共识,在充分考虑不同课程利益主体专业主张和教育诉求的基础上,激发专业投入和资源投入的积极性,更有效、更有品质地执行课程标准和达成课程目标。为此,需要在课程治理过程中培育集体审议方式、丰富课程治理机会、规范课程治理过程,并以课程目标来建构教育集体活动。与此同时,还需要在组织建设、能力提升和制度设计上为学校治理的有效开展提供保障。
The effective achievement of curriculum objectives is the fundamental purpose of school curriculum implementation. In the process of school curriculum implementation, different curriculum stakeholders have their own professional propositions and educational demands, which requires schools to gather consensus through curriculum governance and curriculum collective deliberation. To stimulate the enthusiasm of professional investment and resource investment on the basis of fully considering the professional propositions and educational demands of different curriculum stakeholders, enables to implement curriculum standards and achieve curriculum objectives more effectively and qualitatively. Therefore, in the process of curriculum governance, we need to cultivate collective deliberation, enrich opportunities for curriculum governance, standardize the process of curriculum governance and construct educational collective activities based on curriculum objectives. Meanwhile, we also need schools to provide guarantee for the effective development of school governance in terms of organization construction, ability improvement and system design.
