基于精细化背景下城市闲置空地的更新应用研究:以上海区域为例

Study on the Application of Urban Vacant Land Renewal Under the Background of Delicacy Treatment:A Case Study of Shanghai

上海已然进入存量规划时代,需要勇于聚焦城市闲置空地中的更新设计存在的"旧疾",利用科学化、精细化和智能化的现代科技手段实现城市闲置空地的有效利用,激发城市活力,提升城市文化内涵,实现城市更新的可持续发展。本文立足于不同类型的城市闲置空地的功能和需求,梳理闲置空地的精细化治理问题,提出"城市闲置空地精细化设计"实施机制平台,突出持续、可反馈的城市闲置空地精细化管控机制;梳理上海市典型闲置空地规划设计案例,从临时性调整和固定式再利用两类介入策略介绍上海市近年来在此领域的探索和尝试。

Shanghai has entered the era of inventory planning.It is necessary to focus on the remaining existing problems in the renewal design of the vacant urban land;and use scientific,refined and intelligent modern technology to realise the effective use of the city’s vacant land,to stimulate the vitality of the city,enhance the cultural connotation,and realise the sustainable development of urban renewal.Based on the functions and demands of different types of vacant urban land,this paper puts forward the issue of delicacy treatment of vacant urban land,and proposes an implementation mechanism platform named the Delicacy Design of Urban Vacant Land,highlighting the continuous and responsive delicacy management and control mechanism of vacant urban land.The paper also conducts a case study on vacant land planning and design in Shanghai,and introduces Shanghai’s exploration and attempts in recent years via two kinds of intervention strategies:temporary adjustment and stationary reuse.
