数字经济是经济新常态发展的趋势,服务地方产业是地方大学内涵式发展的重要动力.在数字经济框架下以服务数字经济战略为主线,以推动地方数字产业经济发展为特色,积极构建高水平的产教融合生态体系是地方大学构建"双一流"高校的根本举措.本文立足于地方数字经济产业发展需求为导向,阐述在数字经济背景下地方性大学的战略定位、内涵建设举措及行动路径,以此推进地方性大学的高质量发展.

Digital economy is the development trend of the new normal economy,and serving local industries is an important driving force for the connotative development of local universities.Under the framework of digital economy,taking the strategy of serving digital economy as the main line and promoting the development of local digital industry economy as the feature,it is the fundamental measure for local universities to construct"double first-class"universities to actively build a high-level industry education integration ecosystem.Based on the development needs of local digital economy industry,this paper expounds the strategic positioning,connotation construction measures and action path of local universities under the background of digital economy,so as to promote the high-quality development of local universities.
