促进高校学生社团高质量发展的策略研究

当前,高校学生社团在发挥高校育人功能中具有越来越举足轻重的作用,促进高校学生社团的高质量发展对提升高校人才培养工作也将具有更加深远的意义,但目前高校学生社团的发展仍然存在着较大的问题.文章从规范学生社团管理和学生社团工作课程化这两个方面提出改进策略,希望为改进目前高校学生社团发展中面临的困难、促进学生社团高质量发展提供帮助.

At present,college students’associations play a more and more important role in the education function of colleges and universities.Promoting the high-quality development of college students’associations will also have farreaching significance to improve the talent training work in colleges and universities.However,there are still some problems in the development of college students’associations.The author puts forward improvement strategies from the two aspects of standardized management and student association curriculum,hoping to provide help for improving the current deficiencies in the development of college student associations and promoting the high-quality development of student associations.
