摘要
工科专业教师的综合能力在创新型工程人才培养中起着重要作用.本文作者结合指导五届"'永冠杯'中国大学生铸造工艺设计大赛"、十组作品进入决赛,十组作品均获得一等奖的经验体会,阐述"大学生铸造工艺设计大赛"不仅提高学生的工程实践能力,对专业教师的工程实践能力、科研素养及教学水平的促进作用.
The comprehensive ability of professional teachers has a great effect on training innovative engineering talents.In the paper,based some experiences of a tutor of five times the national undergraduates’foundry technology designing competitions,the effective role of the competition is illustrated on professional teachers in the area of engineering practice ability,science research quality and teaching level.
