以"学"为中心的高校管理类专业基础课程层级互动教学模式研究——基于沈阳城市建设学院教学实践

Research on the Hierarchical Interactive Teaching Mode of Basic Courses of Management Major in Colleges and Universities with"Learning"as the Center——Take teaching practice of Shenyang Urban Construction University as an example

基于当前高校课堂仍是以学生被动学习为主的教学模式,提出建立以"学"为中心的管理类专业基础课程层级互动教学模式改革研究.文章主要从层级互动教学模式的理论基础,教学活动安排,沈阳城市建设学院管理类专业基础课程层级互动教学模式改革实践以及完善措施四个方面展开论述.期待探索人才培养的新模式.

Based on the current college classroom teaching mode is still based on students’passive learning,this paper puts forward the establishment of"learning"as the center of management professional basic courses level interactive teaching mode reform research.This paper mainly discusses the theoretical basis of the hierarchical interactive teaching mode,the arrangement of teaching activities,the reform practice and improvement measures of the hierarchical interactive teaching mode of basic management courses in Shenyang Urban Construction University.Looking forward to exploring a new mode of personnel training.
