恩施州大气污染物排放量估算及清单构建 被引量:5

Estimation and Inventory Construction of Air Pollutant Emission in Enshi Prefecture

摘要 该文通过污染源现场调查和部门资料收集,结合全国第二次污染源普查和湖北省污染源自动监控综合管理系统,以2017年为基准年,对恩施州大气污染物排放量进行了估算,并建立了恩施州1 km×1 km大气污染源排放清单,研究分析了清单结果和普查结果的差异。结果显示,2017年恩施州人为源SO_(2)、NO_(x)、CO、VOCs、PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)、BC、OC和NH_(3)排放总量分别为12 702.26、19 610.04、168 721.49、16 709.92、17 382.89、10 789.67、3 593.30、5 848.86和43 778.37 t;天然源挥发性有机物(BVOCs)排放总量为159 239.47 t。其中,固定燃烧源是SO_(2)、CO、PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)、BC和OC主要来源,移动源是NO_(x)和VOCs的主要来源,NH_(3)的主要来源是农业源,PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)排放主要来自扬尘源。阔叶林和针叶阔叶混交林对天然源排放贡献较大。空间分布上,污染物排放主要集中在恩施市、利川市和巴东县。对比清单结果和普查结果,SO_(2)和VOCs排放量估算较普查结果高,NO_(x)排放量估算与普查结果相差不大。 Based on the field investigation of pollution sources and data collection by departments,combined with the Second National Pollution Source Census and the pollution source automatic monitoring and comprehensive management system of Hubei Province,the emission of air pollutants in Enshi Prefecture was estimated with 2017 as the benchmark year,and the emission inventory of air pollution sources of 1 km×1 km in Enshi Prefecture was established.The differences between the inventory results and the census results were analyzed.The results show that in 2017,the total emissions of SO_(2),NO_(x),CO,VOCs,PM_(10),PM_(2.5),BC,OC and NH_(3)from anthropogenic sources in Enshi were 12 702.26,19 610.04,168 721.49,16 709.92,17 382.89,10 789.67,3 593.30,5 848.86 and 43 778.37 t,respectively.The total emission of biogenic volatile organic compounds (BVOCs) is 159 239.47 t.Among them,fixed combustion sources are the main sources of SO_(2),CO,PM_(10),PM_(2.5),BC and OC,mobile sources are the main sources of NO_(x)and VOCs,NH_(3)is the main source of agriculture,and PM_(10)and PM_(2.5)emissions are mainly from dust sources.Broad-leaved forest and coniferous broad-leaved mixed forest contribute more to natural source emissions.In terms of spatial distribution,pollutant discharge is mainly concentrated in the city of Enshi,Lichuan and Badong.In the comparison between the list results and the census results,the estimated SO_(2)and VOCs emissions are higher than the census results,while the estimated NO_(x)emissions are not much different from the census results.
