降钙素原在尿源性脓毒症诊疗中的应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 尿源性脓毒症是指因泌尿生殖道感染导致的脓毒症,20%-30%的脓毒症患者为尿源性脓毒症,是泌尿外科临床中较常见的危急重症[1]。其中78%的尿源性脓毒症患者是因尿路梗阻所致,病因多为尿路结石及泌尿系肿瘤[2]。脓毒症是一种因宿主对感染发生复杂炎性反应所导致的器官功能障碍,可迅速发展为脓毒性休克,病死率极高[3],因此早期诊断脓毒症并及时给予治疗尤为重要。近年来,降钙素原(PCT)作为新兴的炎症指标已广泛应用于临床,尤其是在尿源性脓毒症的诊断及治疗中。随着该方向研究的不断进展及相关知识的更新,本文就此方面予以综述。
