滋肾益髓针法联合眼针治疗卒中后认知障碍临床研究

Clinical Study of Zishen Yisui Acupuncture Combined with Eye Acupuncture in Treating Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment

目的:探讨滋肾益髓针法联合眼针治疗卒中后认知障碍的疗效及对MoCA评分和MMSE评分影响。方法:选取我院收治的卒中后认知障碍患者108例,采用分层随机化原则分为两组,各54例。对照组给予眼针疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上给予滋肾益髓针法治疗,对比治疗后的临床疗效、中医证候积分、MMSE评分、MoCA评分和BI评分。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率较高(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者中医证候各积分显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低较多(P<0.05);两组治疗后MMSE评分、MoCA评分和BI评分显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高程度较明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用滋肾益髓针法联合眼针治疗卒中后认知障碍具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Zishen Yisui acupuncture combined with eye acupuncture on post-stroke cognitive impairment and its influence to the scores of MoCA and MMSE. Methods: 108 patients with cognitive impairment after stroke were randomly divided into the control group (n=54) and the treatment group (n=54). The control group was treated with eye acupuncture;on which basis, the treatment group was also treated with Zishen Yisui acupuncture. The clinical efficacy and the scores of TCM symptoms, MMSE, MoCA and BI were compared between the two groups after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of TCM symptoms were significantly decreased in the two groups after the treatment (P<0.05);the decreases in the treatment group were more significant (P<0.05). The scores of MMSE, MoCA and BI were significantly increased in both groups after the treatment (P<0.05);the increases in the treatment group were more significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Zishen Yisui acupuncture combined with eye acupuncture has a good clinical effect in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment.
