通过对公共法律服务概念的历史谱系考察发现,公共法律服务概念由“公共服务”衍生而来。在逻辑谱系层面,公共法律服务与“非公共法律服务”“非法律类公共服务”等构成类似概念“家族”。公共法律服务具有公共性、专业性、知识性、教化性等特征。

Through the investigation of the historical pedigree of the concept of public legal service,it is found that the focus of the concept of public legal service lies in“public service”.At the logical level,public legal service and“non-public legal service”and“non-legal public service”constitute a similar concept“family”.Public legal service has the characteristics of publicity,professionalism,knowledge and enlightenment.
