摘要
教师党支部书记是高职院校基层党建的重要力量。针对目前高职院校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育中面临的问题,通过优化党支部设置、制订专项培养计划、提升党建+专业学术能力、完善激励保障机制等途径,加强教师党支部书记“双带头人”的培养。
The Secretary of the teachers'Party branch is an important force in the Party construction at the grass-root level in higher vocational colleges.In view of the current problems in the cultivation of“double-leading roles”of the Secretary of the teachers'Party branch in higher vocational colleges,this thesis proposes to strengthen the cultivation of approaches by optimizing the setting of Party branches,formulating special training plans,improving the party building plus professional academic ability,and improving the incentive guarantee mechanism.
