摘要
汽车塑料尾门相对于金属尾门材料偏软,外观油漆面不能有划痕、磕碰等缺陷。GD&T定位策略中通常采用内板居中定位,实际装车时采用外板居中定位,对尾门的boding工艺要求较高。将PLC技术应用于汽车塑料尾门总成检具,先内板初定位、后外板自动居中定位,统一检具与实车上产品居中定位,可以消除内外板定位误差造成的贡献率,提高产品合格率,减少产品测量辅助时间。该结构可实现模块化设计、制造,降低检具开发成本。
The material of automobile plastic tailgate is relatively soft compared with metal tailgate,and the appearance paint surface shall not have defects such as scratch and bump.In GD&T positioning strategy,the inner plate is usually positioned in the middle,while the outer plate is positioned in the middle during actual loading,which requires a higher boding process for the tailgate.The application of PLC technology in the inspection tool of automobile plastic tailgate assembly,the initial positioning of the inner plate first,and the automatic centering of the outer plate later,unifying the inspection tool and the product on the real vehicle,can eliminate the contribution rate caused by the positioning error of the inner and outer plate,improve the product qualification rate,and reduce the auxiliary time of product measurement.The structure can realize modular design and manufacturing,and reduce the development cost of the fixture.
