肠道菌群与肠黏膜免疫系统相互作用研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肠道微生物种群是人体最大的共生生态系统,在维持肠道生态平衡中发挥着重要作用。肠道微生态失衡的本质是共生微生物和致病微生物之间的失衡。大量研究表明,肠道内的各种共生微生物是保障肠黏膜免疫系统成熟所不可或缺的,而致病微生物的存在会引起各种免疫功能紊乱,最终导致疾病发生。另一方面,肠道菌群中细菌的种类和丰度也受到肠黏膜免疫系统的监视和影响,炎症状态下肠道微生态的平衡将被打破,导致多种肠道疾病发生。综述了近年来肠道菌群与肠黏膜免疫系统之间相互作用的研究进展。 Intestinal microbial population is the largest symbiotic ecosystem of human body,which plays an important role in maintaining intestinal ecological balance.The essence of intestinal microecology imbalance is the imbalance between symbiotic microorganisms and pathogenic microorganisms.A large number of studies have shown that a variety of symbiotic microorganisms in the gut are indispensable in ensuring the maturation of the intestinal mucosal immune system,and the existence of pathogenic microorganisms will cause various immune disfunctions,and eventually lead to diseases.On the other hand,the species and abundance of bacteria in the intestinal flora are also monitored and influenced by the intestinal mucosal immune system.The balance of intestinal microecology will be broken under the inflammatory state,leading to a variety of intestinal diseases.This thesis reviews the research progress in the interaction between intestinal flora and intestinal mucosal immune system in recent years.
