十八大以来党的制度建设研究综述

A Review of the Study on the Party s Construction of System since the 18th CPC National Congress

党的制度建设是党面临的重大课题。十八大以来,学术界在党的制度建设的重要性,党的制度建设与党长期执政、国家长治久安的关系,党的制度建设的内容与路径等方面,研究较为深入,成果颇丰。党的制度建设研究还存在研究思路缺乏创新意识、路径与问题脱节、研究内容缺乏创新性、研究过程孤立、与五大建设关系不够紧密等问题。今后,党的制度建设研究应该坚持问题导向、创新研究内容、优化研究方法、树立制度权威,并加强与五大建设关系、法制建设关系研究。

It is acknowledged that the system construction of the Party is a major subject faced by the Party.Ever since the 18th CPC National Congress,the academic fields have carried out in-depth study and harvested fruitful results in the aspects including the significance of the Party s system construction,and the relationship between the Party s system construction and the Party s long-term governance and our country s long-term stability,as well as the contents and paths for the Party s system construction.As for the study on the system construction of the Party,there are the problems including the lack of innovative ideas in the research content,the disconnection between the paths and problems,insufficient content of the study,the isolation of research process,and not close connection with the five major constructions.In the future,the study on the Party s system construction should stick to the questions-oriented direction,innovate the content of research,optimize the methods employed for research,and set up the authority of system,in addition to the study on the relationship with five major constructions and the relationship with legal construction.
