浅谈电子雷管生产过程中的安全问题

Discussion on safety problems in the production of electronic detonators

电子雷管作为一种新型民用爆炸物品,其生产过程还未完全实现人机隔离,许多关键且危险工序还须由人工辅助方可完成正常生产。因此,电子雷管生产过程仍存在一定的安全问题。以手动及半自动电子雷管生产方式为例,通过对生产过程中可能存在的安全问题进行汇总及分析,提出可行的解决措施,降低电子雷管生产过程中发生安全事故的概率,保证电子雷管的安全生产。

As a new kind of civil explosive materials,man-machine isolation has not been fully realized in the electronic detonators production.Moreover,there are many key and dangerous processes which need artificial supplementary production.Therefore,there are still some safety problems in production of electronic detonators.Taking manual and semi-automatic electronic detonator production as an example,the possible safety problems are summarized and analyzed.And corresponding solutions are put forward to reduce the probability of safety accidents in the production of electronic detonators and ensure the safety production of electronic detonators.
